Hawaii Care Choices is seeking an experienced Independent Contractor to provide occupational therapy services on a contractual basis.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in their field, understands serious illness care, is flexible and available on an as needed basis. Contract rates are negotiable.
Services needed:
- Provides training in the use of adaptive equipment.
- Home safety assessment.
- Caregiver instruction in the use of good body mechanics for turning and lifting patients as appropriate for the hospice patient and family.
- Adhere to CMS regulatory requirements.
