Locations Available: Skokie, IL

Status: Full-time Monday ~ Friday, 30 hours per week

Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting, and at outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services by the goals of CPT and Facility

Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services

Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department

Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient

Qualifications:

Graduate of an occupational therapy school program approved by the AOTA

Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin as an Occupational Therapist

Certified by NBCOT as an Occupational Therapist

Functions according to the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
