Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Department: Rehabilitation
Summary
This position is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients through implementation of an established plan of care
- Supervise supportive personnel (i.e. Front Desk, Rehab Aide, students, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate documentation to support plan of care and billing codes
- Follow the guidelines of the Ohio OTPTAT Board and APTA in their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
- Maintain equipment and treatment area in a neat, clean and orderly fashion for patient safety
- Perform on the job training of clinical staff, students and volunteers
- Occasional driving between OrthoNeuro facilities and other business-related sites and/or events
- Other duties as assigned
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
- Valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license
- CPR license
Management Responsibilities
Has the authority to direct subordinate's daily work activities. Does not have the authority to undertake or recommend the following: hiring, firing, performance reviews or corrective action.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree required; varies based upon graduation date
- 3 years of experience preferred
