About the role
We are looking for a full time Occupational Health Technician for our site in Deadhorse, Alaska.
Responsibilities:
- Field and clinic drug and alcohol specimen collections on a daily and after-hours basis.
- Responsible for performing DOT and non-DOT collections utilizing a variety of methodologies to include urine, saliva, hair and breath collections in conjunction with calibrating and maintaining testing devices in accordance with all applicable regulations, laws, statutes and policies.
- Provides administration support to include answering phones, scheduling and filing.
- Perform a variety of Occupational Health testing procedures to include audiograms, pulmonary function tests, fit tests, and functional capacity tests.
Flights from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay are covered by us. Accommodations & Meals are also provided. This is a 3 weeks on 3 weeks off rotation, with shifts being 12 hours per day.
Qualifications:
- CMA with BLS,
- EMT-I, II or, III level certification
- Valid driver’s license
