SalaryWe have an immediate opening for a temp or part-time Clerk at Plymouth Place, a 64-unit multilayer subsidy property (HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Housing Authority Section 8 vouchers) in Stockton, CA.
Typical Duties & Requirements:
- Assist in processing and maintaining confidential tenant files for HUD, Tax Credit, and Market Rate programs
- Assist in processing annual recertifications, interims, move-ins, and move-outs from start to finish adhering to strict timelines
- Schedule interviews with residents, collect required paperwork for certifications
- Assist in maintaining waitlists
- Assist in processing criminal background and credit reports for new applicants
- Assist with resolutions of findings on Management and Occupancy Reviews
- Maintain positive tenant relations and deliver outstanding service to a diverse population of seniors
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience and knowledge of occupancy procedures for HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs preferred but not required
- Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist Certificates preferred but not required
- Recent experience with RealPage One Site preferred but not required
Minimum Qualifications (Experience preferred but not required):
- HUD/Tax-Credit housing
- Verbal & written communication
- Resident relations
- Experience with RealPage OneSite
