Summary:
Maintains Employee Health Services daily operational task. Performs start to work assessments for newly hired employees. Uses knowledge of ADA, OSHA and State Health regulations to ensure compliance. Assess and reports all job injuries, and exposures. Maintains follow up of exposures per guidelines. Documents observations, findings, actions taken to assure records with are complete, accurate and in compliance with Occupational Health guidelines.
Other information:
EDUCATION: Education from an ASBN approved program required for license/certification for the position.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse. Computer skills to work with in house programs.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, BONDING: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse as required by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN). Current BLS.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Minimal physical effort required other than having to travel to various areas of the facility.
This job will be authorized 0.08 hours bi-weekly.
