Join a collegial team at an outpatient clinic aligned with a non-profit hospital in upstate New York that is seeking to welcome a new provider to their group, providing the highest quality of care available to a growing patient population. Get the support you need from an experienced support team!
Schedule:
- 4-day work week, 8A-5P
- Surgeries are scheduled for Monday, Thursday, and Friday
- Call coverage – call is shared among providers throughout the week, and then 1x a month for weekend call
Practice Setting:
- Experienced office staff – 2 physicians, 2 nurse midwives, 2 PA, RNs, medical assistants, and a care coordinating team
- GE 4D ultrasound with a full-time Sonographer, Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy, LEEP, Endometrial Ablations, and more
- Mara System and Cryosurgery on site as well
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary of $400K for the first 2 years. Production incentive based on collections for year 3 (based on years 1 and 2)
- Partnership Available after year 2
- $50K Sign-On Bonus paid out in 2 years
- Relocation Assistance up to $10K
- Partnership track with NO BUY IN after year 3
