Practice Details:
- Join a well-established medical practice with comprehensive midwife support
- Expanding women’s health services with the addition of a new wing to accommodate growth
- A partnership opportunity is available within two years
- Shared call responsibilities with another group in the community
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation structure with earnings averaging $525,000 by year three, potentially reaching up to $800,000+
- Compensation is tailored to experience level with additional bonus incentives
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, and 5 weeks of PTO
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $1,500 plus one week for attendance
