JUJIN New York seeks an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to work closely with our sales department and clients while managing projects from conception to execution. This full-time position reports to the Managing Director based in New York.
Responsibilities
- Follow projects and production through from prospection to final delivery
- Work closely with our production facilities and teams in China
- Assist in the development and implementation of action plans to enable time, resource and process management.
- Coordinate project meetings including kick-off, team meetings, client meetings, risk assessment, lessons learned, post launch reviews, and others as needed.
- Effectively and efficiently convey project progress, including project plan, timeline, challenges, etc., to stakeholders.
- Assess, anticipate, and communicate project risks and opportunities across departments and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot problems and challenges, know when to escalate as needed to keep project moving.
- Drive governance to ensure prioritization of initiatives across critical and urgent business deliverables.
- Hold internal and external teams accountable for the delivery of commitments, escalate issues as needed
- Ensure that project, order and delivery timelines are coordinated and managed accurately, via Critical Path Analysis systems to ensure all deadlines are achieved and communicated internally and externally.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Delivery of a high number of SKUs at one time across multiple products and a varied number of brands.
- Work closely with the Operations and Design teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed project management methods are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Co-ordination and production of project reports.
- Propose and present project management tools and strategy solutions.

- Fast learner, flexible, able to manage complex matrixed network of Brands and Functions
- Ability and agility to shift between strategic and the tactical
- Experience working with recognized project management processes
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Experience working with international clients
- Speaks another language other than English (preferably Mandarin or French)
Other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- An understanding of the Luxury Packaging industry (Primary and Secondary)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Stellar customer service and diplomacy skills
