Utilize your profound knowledge of exercise science and nutrition to counsel clients on a one-on-one basis and create an individualized fitness plan that is suited to each person’s physical abilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments in clients home to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and health coaching to individuals
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with personal trainers to develop comprehensive plans
- Provide guidance on special diets, such as those for weight loss, or food allergies
- Assist in the development of nutrition-related policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and the role of nutrition in overall health
- Experience conducting client assessments and developing personalized meal plans
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or similar credential
