This job is made up of 2 main roles: group CrossFit coach and nutrition coach.
We will fully train you in the skills to become a nutrition coach if you are the right fit for the job.
We are specialists in Transformations.
That means we have coaches who take the clients through a lifestyle Mentorship to change their nutrition, movement, and mindset habits.
What you'll see is that these clients are more motivated, positive, and ready to change than any other clients you've worked with before.
What is required for this position:
- You must be a self-starter
- You must be a happy person
- You must be someone who enjoys interacting with people on a day to day basis
- You must be someone who is present in the moment- each session and each exercise
- You must be someone who will arrive early to your appointments and classes, not on time
- You must genuinely have an interest in helping people, and a desire to be a positive influence in their life
- You must be someone who does the right thing when no one is looking
- You must be confident with your work on the training floor
- Some CrossFit or CrossFit-style experience as an athlete

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
