The LPN must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and always use critical thinking skills along with good nursing judgement. We are currently offering up to $10,000 in retention bonuses for experienced Nursing Home nurses. Shift differential for night shift nurses is $3 for nights and $4 for the weekend.
LPN Requirements:
- Current State of Illinois RN/LPN license is required
- CPR/AED certification is required, or must be willing to obtain upon hire
- Must be compassionate, caring, and patient with the elderly resident population
- Must be dependable and responsible and willing to
- Must be willing to work rotating weekends and holidays
