We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Seneca Place! As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home facility, supervising staff, and ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Home facility
- Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and are treated with dignity and respect
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Recruit, hire, and train staff members, and ensure that they are providing excellent care to residents
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the facility
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff members
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Nursing Home or long-term care facility, with at least two years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing Nursing Homes and long-term care facilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
