Wellness Nurse RN/LPN Job Summary
As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to residents within our assisted living community. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of services designed to address the unique needs of each resident. Your dedication to accurate record-keeping and regular review will contribute to the holistic well-being of our residents.
Shift Type Available:
Full time - 2nd shift with flexibility (afternoon, early evening hours), 32 hours, every other weekend with shared on call responsibilities.
Full time Benefits!
*$5,000 Sign on Bonus payable in 3 increments 3/6/9 months.
Part time - 24 hours 2nd shift with flexible hours. Afternoon, early evening.
Every other weekend required.
$3,000 Sign on Bonus payable in 3 increments. 3/6/9 months
Qualifications:
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Be able to explain medical procedures and conditions in a clear and understandable manner.
The ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
The highest ethical standards, respecting residents' privacy, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Strong record-keeping skills.
The ability provide care with kindness and empathy
