NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intensive Residential Treatment program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. The IRTP is a locked treatment program serving adolescent youth between the ages of 13-17 who are referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). The primary role of the Registered Nurse will be to provide direct nursing care, nursing assessment of program consumers, medical documentation and record keeping and medication administration. Nurses are integral members of the Treatment Team.
Hourly rate: $43.00
Hiring Bonus: $5,000
Bonuses are distributed in 2 payments: Half at 3 months of employment and second half at 6 months of employment.
We currently have 2 fulltime positions available on 3-11 shift and 1 part-time position on 11-7 shift as well as per diem openings.
Schedule/Shift Differentials:

Weekday M-F 3-11p & 11p-7a shift = $3.50/hr.
Weekend Sat/Sun 7a-3p shift=$2.00/hr.
Weekend Sat/Sun 3p-11p & 11p-7a = $4.50/hr.
Job Requirements:
- Degree of Registered Nurse required with current, unrestricted Massachusetts nursing license.
- Trauma-informed a plus
- Strong computer skills a must
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
- Professional RN with strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Values multidisciplinary team approach.
- Role model for staff and clients.
- Engaged in learning and professional growth and development.
- Experience with the program population a plus.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and operate a reliable vehicle.
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID 19, per state regulations
