- Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 3-4 days per month
- Clinic Practice Setting
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- EMR - EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Recent PA graduates must have at least 1 year of clinical employment completed to be considered (does not apply to recent NP graduates).

- Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Salary range $85,000-$130,000 (including any bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

- Active OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
- Note experience with procedures: EKG Interpretation, Adult Outpatient, General Outpatient, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems - REQUIRED
