Must be a licensed and credentialed NP/PA to provide patient assessments, and follow-up in
collaboration with the clinic’s physician, within the confines of Utah state licensure requirements. This is a
private, clinic-level (non-hospital) position.
Enjoy working in the rapidly expanding and rewarding field of objective diagnostics to evaluate the causes
of acute/chronic pain and TBI/concussions!
Main areas of operation will be the evaluation of patients with symptoms of neuro-musculo-skeletal
pathologies through objective and subjective data collection.
Requirements:
Must have current Utah License and Physician Assistant certificate from National Certification
Commission /current Utah Nurse Practitioner’s license. Experience as a physician assistant/nurse
practitioner not required. Training will be provided.

- Ability to respond appropriately to patients and co-workers in a positive manner.
- Interaction with a wide variety of people.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Ability to project a professional, friendly, helpful demeanor
