Role Summary:
As a Wound Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, managing, and treating a wide range of Wound Care needs. Your expertise will contribute to our team's efforts in providing top-tier care, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatological conditions.
Execute precise Wound Care management, including dressing changes and medically necessary debridement.
Develop and implement effective care plans in alignment with our medical director's established protocols.
Perform thorough physical examinations of patients, focusing on Wound Care needs.
Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, contributing to overall patient wellness.
Liaise with primary care physicians and office staff to promptly report changes in patient condition.
Deliver personalized patient education and counseling, promoting health and well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
Strong ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
