The Position

As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time Nurse Practitioners to provide care for the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our Nurse Practitioner positions can include:

Requirements

· Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) with an applicable state license

· Must have an active license and DEA #

· Masters degree
