Envision Physician Services is actively recruiting advanced practice providers for an exciting and unique opportunity at the HSHSDoor County DirectCare Clinic located in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This position will provide basic medical care such as labs, diagnosis of muscle/tissue injuries, generalized pain, URI and other basic medical needs.
