Base salary of $90,000-$135,000 (based on experience, all pay is negotiable)

Job duties:
This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Nurse Practitioner will work in an integrated model alongside Nurse Practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements:
Current IN Licensure
3-5 years of NP or PA experience required
