SUMMARY OF JOB:
The CRNP in Occupational Health is an integral member off the Occupational Health Team. The CRNP provides care for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients with occupationally related illness or injury. Oversees the Employee Health Program and provides necessary health maintenance and occupational surveillance activities to employees throughout the Holy Redeemer Health System. Provides clinical services, leadership and direction for all Occupational Health activities throughout the Health System. Provides clinical services to companies utilizing Occupational Health Services. Maximizes productivity and enhances services while controlling expenses. In addition the CRNP is responsible for coordinating and/or providing work safety educational programs for HRHS employees. Is also responsible for medical case management of Holy Redeemer Health System employees with work related injuries and illnesses.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
CRNP License in the state of Pennsylvania required
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
Certification preferred
Previous experience in Occupational Health preferred
Nursing Education Experience required
Case Management or Utilization/Disease Management Experience required
Occupational Health Certification required
Phlebotomy skills required
Audiometric Technician Certification required
BLS certification required
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
CRNP License in the state of Pennsylvania required
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
Certification preferred
