There is a full time opening for a Nurse Practitioner-Float in the Primary Care out of the Northeast John H. Bradley Clinic in Appleton, WI.This position is part of the Northeast Wisconsin Outpatient Services Division, that provides coverage for the Primary Care Clinics located in Appleton, Cleveland and Green Bay. The future planned clinic in Fond Du Lac would also be covered by this position. The ability of the provider to travel to all four clinical sites is a requirement of the position.Qualifications:Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
Basic Requirements:
- United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
- English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7402(d), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
- Full and unrestricted RN license - Required
- Master's degree from an accredited NLNAC or CCNE program - Required
- Full and current ANCC or AANP Certification (Adult or Family) - Required
- DEA and Wisconsin Prescriptive Authority required
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- 2 years Primary Care experience required, 3 years preferred
