POSITION:Nurse Practitioner (assessor)

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, KY

QUALIFICATIONS:

• active Kentucky APRN and RN licenses
• prior behavioral health experience is preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
• candidates with restrictions on their license will be considered
• DEA registration is NOT required

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:

We are looking for two full-time Nurse Practitioners to perform adult assessments on newly admitted patients to our residential centers. While the assessment will be performed via telehealth, the assessor must be present at our Elizabethtown outpatient center, Intensive Health, during the assessment.

SHIFT:

This is a salaried position with a minimum of 32 hours weekly. The assessor may set their own schedule between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. (the schedule will be fixed once approved). The two assessors will share responsibility for limited weekend coverage. Each assessor will perform an average of five assessments per day. The day will end once all of the scheduled assessments are completed.
