The Nurse Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the nursing care provided in the therapeutic program._

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (Five years psychiatric nursing experience in related specialty may be substituted) and two years psychiatric nursing experience, working with adolescents, preferred.
• Three years in psychiatric nursing management preferred.
• Current status in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
