Nurse Manager will support our Outpatient Cardiology Clinic at Saint Joseph from 7:30am-4pm- Nurse Manager will report directly to the Sr. Nurse Manager of this clinic
Salary: 30.12-$54.82 max/hour, The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plans, coordinates and directs the daily operations of a specific section/division.
- Supervises clinical staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.
- Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.
- Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others.
- Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of experience as an RN with one (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity.
- All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- Certification preferred.
- BLS required and ACLS certifications may be required in designated departments.
