Job Summary:
- Responsible for the restoration of patient's health and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide support to patients.
Job Duties: (include but are not limited to):
- Administer 2 medications.
- Daily inventory count of medication supply.
- Responsible for safeguarding medication inventory.
- Observe / monitor patient demeanor and observe for overmedications signs and symptoms.
- Communicate patient concerns to appropriate team member.
- Comply with federal and state privacy rules, including 42 CFR Parts 160, 164 as well as applicable clinic policies and procedures.
- Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed and coordinate care with outsides providers, as applicable.
- Follow medical orders.
Job Types: Both Full-time, Part-time.
Pay: Dependent upon experience and license.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 5:30a-1pm.
- Weekend position is available and considered as a part time position. (Saturday and Sunday 6:30a-9:30a)
