- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology and/or AMA approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology and/or AMA approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or the Nuclear Medicine Certification Board (NMTCB)
- Licensed by the State of Ohio
