Summary
To perform duties of housekeeping that will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. if required.
Must be able to work independently with little to no direct supervision and maintain high level of performance.
Must assure that all specific job tasks are completed to job specifications.
Must have the ability to forecast materials needed to maintain job duties.
Must comply with all chemical handling procedures.
Must be able to complete work shift assignment logs.
Must be capable of completing a work order for repairs.
Must be able to perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Must be able to maintain a professional standard with interacting with compliments.
Must prioritize and have good time management skills.
Must comply with cleaning schedules and standards.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Work in a temperature varying environment.
Wet, cold, hot, humid, dusty, and rainy conditions must be able to perform during inclement conditions.
Must be able to appropriately handle and dispose of blood borne pathogens.
