Form of workECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Bertie Hospital, located in Windsor, North Carolina are seeking a B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient care in their Emergency Department part-time.
One year of ED provider experience required.

- 6 shifts/month with ability to take extra if available
- Monthly emergency department census of 950-1,000 patients
- CT Tech in-house 24/7
- Support from nearby hospital, ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, in Ahoskie, NC, a 114-bed community hospital with 24 hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
- Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to ECU Health Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center located in Greenville, NC

It is closely affiliated with ECU Health Medical Center, a Level I academic medical center, and the telemedicine resources of The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
