Job Overview:
We are seeking an NPI Supply Chain Manager to oversee the Supply Chain operations of our innovative hardware products from inception to full-scale production. This role is crucial in ensuring that our PMs have the support they need to successfully follow up and track our extensive program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Supply Chain operations for NPI and MP products, ensuring a smooth transition from product development to market launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ODMs and internal teams to meet build goals and schedules.
• Manage product BOM, aligning with AVL, commodity technologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct TCO analyses and manage budgets to ensure project costs meet or exceed objectives.
• Coordinate with global suppliers and manufacturing partners, with a focus on Asia, to manage build and shipping plans.
• Utilize Arena for BOM management and participate in RFQ processes, source selection, and price negotiation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain/materials management within an NPI environment.
• Extensive knowledge of EMS/ODM/JDM/OEM business models and global supplier management.
• Demonstrated strategic procurement experience in a global setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial sourcing agreements and management of enterprise/networking hardware.
• Master's Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics is an advantage.

This hybrid role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and requires in office work 2-3 days per week.
