SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Lash and Waxing Specialist to join our growing team at Brow Heaven, one of the area's top-rated beauty salons. We offer a complete menu of services including Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Threading, Brow Laminations, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and making people feel great about themselves, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and waxing services and recommend aftercare products
- Perform high-quality lash and waxing services,
- Helping to assist with basic front desk duties
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician license in the State of California.
- Proven experience in waxing and lash services.
- Friendly and positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is currently a Part Time position which could lead to a Full-Time position for the right candidate
Compensation: Hourly + Tips OR Lucrative Commission + Bonuses + Tips
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
