SalaryNesco Resource has partnered with a growing company in the Grove City area looking to add a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to its team. This will be a 6 month contract for 20-24 hours per week.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB: The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the production of and management of all accounting related maters and recording keeping for all of our client's needs.
KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Produce Payroll and all relates activities with payroll. (401k, taxes, etc…) 2. Manage Account Payables from sub-contractors, suppliers, and other company payables 3. Manage Accounts Receivable including producing invoices 4. Provide reports and support information for individual projects to Project Managers 5. Interact with Company Banks as needed 6. Prepare information for audits as needed 7. Filing of paperwork 8. Interact with and provide needed information for insurance carriers. (i.e general liability, workers, comp, claims, ets…) 9. Promote and support the Company's Accident Prevention and Safety and Health Programs. 10. Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Business Ethics and Conduct Policy. 11. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 10 key proficient Must have computer skills including Quick books, Sage 100, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, Internet Explorer. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must maintain confidentiality
