We are looking for a Host to join our team at The Hideaway!

The Hideaway is the latest upscale Mexican Restaurant located inside the Rodeo Collection in Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive’s very own hideaway transports you to Mexico’s 1950s era.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the availability of tables
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Manage waitlists and notify guests when their table is ready
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with guest services and hospitality industry practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures and a basic understanding of restaurant operations
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations or inquiries over the phone
- Experience with POS systems, specifically Open Table

Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods, at least 8 hours, and traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Must be able to lift, handle and carry at a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
