4U Home Health Care South, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our excellent field team!

Job posting for specific opening: Assist in the daily care of a male veteran in the DAKOTA county community Sundays only. This is a 6 hour shift and more hours can be made with additional clients in the area.

Responsibilities:
- Assist client with daily living activities (shower, dressing, mobility, range of motion, etc.)
- Homemaking (clean, meal prep, laundry, etc.)
- Behavior redirection, verbal reminders
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with client for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build a positive rapport with client
- Excellent communication skills
- Background / fingerprints
