Reliable Notary & Signing Services LLC is currently seeking highly skilled and reliable Independent Notary Signing Agents Contractors, bilingual in Hmong and Vietnamese, to join our team. As a Notary Signing Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the signing and notarization of important documents, such as loan applications, contracts, and legal paperwork.
Bilingual in Hmong and/or Vietnamese.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in person to execute the signing of documents requiring notarization.
- Verify the identity of signers and ensure their understanding and willingness to sign documents.
- Accurately notarize documents according to state regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain proper records, including journal entries and copies of notarized documents.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service throughout the signing process.
- Stay up to date with current notary laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid notary commission in Minnesota or ability to obtain one.
- Valid Closing Agent License in Minnesota
- Previous experience as a Notary Signing Agent is preferred but not required.
- Excellent understanding of notarial laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete notarizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
- Reliable transportation to meet clients at various locations.
Pay: 1099 Contract
