We are currently seeking skilled Mobile and Virtual Loan Signing Agents for Saint Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and surrounding Missouri areas. Agents will be responible for guiding and assisting home owners through their closing process, while also building client relationships.

New employees can anticipate comprehensive training via zoom, that will provide document review and materials to ensure your success as a mobile and virtual closing agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have high speed internet, for virtual closings.
- Review and analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with FNMA, TILA, and other relevant regulations.
- Evaluate loan closing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with mortgage closer's building and maintaining relationships for future closings.
- Must have reliable transportation, for mobile closings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the closing process.
Qualifications:
-Must be a Certified Notary Public or able to complete certification within sixty (60) days of your hire date.
-Experience in the real estate titling industry, preferably as a processor or agent.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review loan documentation in its entirety.
-Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
