Local Non-profit dedicated to providing hope in the Fargo-Moorhead Community is seeking to hire a Store Manager. The store provides construction materials, furniture, appliances, and more! Proceeds all help support the non-profits’ mission.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire staff and volunteers.
• Manage operations including inventory, donations, and sales.
• Implement plans to maximize revenue and growth.
• Build relationships with donors, customers, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Leadership and management experience, preferably in retail or non-profit experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for creating a community impact.
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
