Full Job Description

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to the client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene including feeding, dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Assist clients with mobility
• Transport the client to nearby appointments or engagements including social activities
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be kind, compassionate, positive, social, trustworthy, and service-minded
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn through experience and training
• Must be able to work independently
• No experience is required! Paid training provided!
• Provide evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Pass both a Local and National Background Check
• Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 10-hour shift, 12-hour shift, 8-hour shift, Day shift, Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On-call
• Weekend availability
