This is an established physician-owned cardiology practice with in-house nuclear and ECHO in two locations. The practice has one of the busiest CHF clinics in the health system and performs both TAVR and left atrial appendage occlusion, offering the opportunity to participate in supporting imaging.
About the Opportunity
- There are teaching opportunities at the hospital, which has a competitive internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship program, and the practice has an active clinical research program.
- The successful candidate shall be well trained in echocardiography, including stress echo, and nuclear cardiology, be proficient in performing transesophageal echocardiograms, and must be board certified or eligible in cardiovascular disease, echo and nuclear cardiology.
- An interest in heart failure, cardio-oncology, or vascular medicine is a plus but not required.
- There is an opportunity to participate in advanced cardiac imaging with both CT and MRI.
