This is a 3-Day weekend position. We are looking for someone to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon until midnight Eastern Standard Time (New York, USA Time Zone). This is a 3/12 36-hour shift; however, we add an additional 4 hours to your paycheck weekly as a shift differential to 40 hours.

We are expanding our operations and seeking to grow our team. We have an opening for an NOC Engineer. What does a NOC Engineer do?
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer is responsible for monitoring our client’s infrastructure and responding to incidents and outage situations. The NOC Engineer will analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response, communicate with clients, and drive all problems to resolution.
NOC Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
- Be Fanatically awesome all the time!
- Provide technical excellence for systems, software, and hardware.
- Document/Update internal Kb’s, SOP’s, Wiki’s.
- Monitor network administration and maintenance operations.
- Resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth running of the network operation center.
- Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Support problem management resolutions by tracking system-wide problems on the operational networks and work with engineering support, including network engineering, systems engineering, catapult operations, and desktop engineering to see problem troubleshooting through to resolution.
NOC Engineer Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of IT.
- Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training.
- Specialized knowledge of specific industries.
- Strong teaching and mentoring experience.
- Consistently demonstrate the MyITcrew Core Values and meet standard metrics.
- Current Microsoft, Azure or cloud computing, CCNA certifications or equivalent
- A minimum of 3+ Years experience in support and engineering of Windows on-premises and cloud environments
