Seeking candidates to fill the position of NOBLE / N-MRO Associate Deployment Manager in support of the US Navy.

This position supports Naval Operational Business Logistics Enterprise (NOBLE)- Naval Maintenance Repair Operations (N-MRO) program Global Sustainment efforts. This includes managing the deployment of the software to each contracted site and the operation of the Tier 2 and 3 Help Desk.

For the management and development of their team, the Deployment Manager must be able to engage with a diverse employee base. The manager will be responsible for the hiring and staffing of the personnel required to establish 24/7 Tier 2/3 Help Desk capability. This manager will also be responsible for hiring and managing the System Administrators at each Limited Deployment site.
During Limited Deployment phases, the manager will ensure that software systems are fully deployed, implemented and functioning. They must communicate with all departments on the progress of the deployment as multiple deployments may be worked in concurrently. The deployment manager will ensure the success of the System Administrator located at each site.
The primary objective of Help Desk management is to rapidly resolve technology issues that are reported
through the applicable ticketing system. The position requires a hands-on technical leader who is
responsible for delivering a world class support experience for the customer. The manager is expected to assist in the triage of complex technical issues while thinking about the big picture. Additionally, this manager will have strong leadership and communication skills. Must exhibit high grade of professionalism, and the ability to multitask numerous work objectives with accuracy.

This position will travel ~25-80% CONUS

Basic Qualifications

- Leadership: be a self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative
- Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 1 year of date of hire. Failure to obtain this certification within the allotted timespan may result in disqualification from the position, and administrative termination.
- Focused on execution, delivery and commitment to dates
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Thorough understanding of company processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to develop a positive working relationship with internal and external customers
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong background in IT service delivery or similar role
- Excellent communication skills & business acumen
- Proficient using MS Office Software including; Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
- Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
- Capable of being a self-starter with minor supervision
- Candidate must have a Secret security clearance, active within the past two years, or have the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance prior to first start date, obtaining final Secret clearance within 1 year of hire date. Failure to obtain final Secret clearance within 1 year may result in termination of employment.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $97,500 - $186,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $112,100 - $211,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
