Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Customization Operations team within Product Supply Chain. This role will be making step changes for the NBY Business in data driven demand plans that serve as a foundation for operational excellence. This individual needs to be a proactive, results oriented collaborator who uses data to lead the team in their decision making. They can self-organize, problem solve, and through analytical led thinking thrive in an ambiguous environment. Successful candidates will bring a data and analytics background to diligent analysis while collaborating cross functionally to bring insights and perspectives into our demand plans. They will also bring a curious mentality and always be looking for improvement opportunities in support of NBY's long term growth plans in our End-to-End supply chain.

You will act as the Planning expert within our organization, reporting to the NBY Demand & Supply Planning Director. You will work with cross functional teams at WHQ and Asia. These teams include Supply Planning, Product Creation, Asia Manufacturing, Factory Partners, NDDC and Sourcing teams.

What you will work on
- Be responsible for NBY's end-to end Demand Planning forecasts along the Consumer Code calendar down to a Style level grain.
- Biannually create Long Range projections (3yr) to Model level grain.
- Create disaggregated Geo forecasts based on Global NBY plan to enable Marketplace Operations carrier capacity planning and geo led activations.
- Lead seasonal product forecast meetings to create cross functional alignment.
- Tracking, reporting, and presenting NBY business performance vs. plan.
- Maintain and evolve demand planning tools and processes to meet business and supply chain operation needs.
- Support Sourcing and Supply Planning resilience and responsive critical initiatives

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business Management, Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- Min of 5 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Experience in data/analytics and reporting - comfortable working with large data sets.
- An analytical thinker and creative problem solver who will proactively research and drive collective solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate (verbal and written) complex topics and concepts to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
- Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple partners and creating alignment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to get results.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, be results-oriented, and work productively within a matrix organization.
- Work comfortably in an environment of ambiguity
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
- Advanced Excel capabilities
