- Follows all DFA Ingredient Solutions GMP's and works in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- Operates a forklift and moves cheese from production area to the warehouse cooler
- Runs Beta Vac/bag sealer with no leakers
- Weighs blocks, places label tickets on blocks, and boxes
- Operates and validates metal detector
- Operates boxer and palletizer (Robot)
- Tower operation
- Maintain operating records (Block Counts)
- Performs necessary routine cleaning and performs preventive maintenance
- Master sanitation as needed

Requirements
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage
- Perform work independently as required
- Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge with machines, tools, equipment and Lock out Tag out
Pay Range$22.00/hour
