Drivers needed for a busy, local family owned Towing Company. We are currently seeking qualified drivers. Must have clean driving history . Knowledge of the towing industry is a plus but not a requirement. Willing to train the right individual. Full-time and part-time positions available. Top pay.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a Tow Truck to transport vehicles from breakdown locations, accident scenes, or impound lots
- Safely load and secure vehicles onto the Tow Truck using appropriate equipment
- Transport vehicles to designated locations, following the most efficient routes
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all services provided and complete required paperwork
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
