NCS/Night Nanny for Twins in Pleasanton, CA

Easy-going first-time parents in Pleasanton (SF EAST BAY) are seeking an overNight Nanny to help care for their identical twin girls. Mom's due date is July 25th, but they are anticipating the twins' arrival in early July. The family is somewhat flexible with the schedule, but would prefer a candidate who can work a 12 hour shift roughly three nights per week. Mom is planning to breastfeed the babies.

Duties will be primarily childcare-related including bathing, feeding, burping, swaddling, and diapering. No household duties will be expected for this role. The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, attentive, knowledgable, and calm.

Must have plenty of experience working with newborns, multiples, and be comfortable with establishing healthy sleep routines. No accomodations provided and local candidates preferred. This family does not have pets.

Due Date: July 25, 2024 (anticipating early July arrival)

Schedule: 3 nights/week 6pm-6am (flexible)

Length of Contract: 10-12 weeks (flexible)

Hourly Rate: $45-55/hr DOE, paid to your business

Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated, CPR/First-Aid Certified, TrustLine registered, able to provide excellent references, and willing to undergo background screening. A candidate with formal newborn care training is preferred. Local candidates preferred. No accommodations provided.
