We are currently seeking experienced L.P.N to join our team! To assist our residents and to supervise our C.N.A's

Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Experience
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:
- Proficiency in nursing skills such as medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
- Familiarity with tube feeding and enteral nutrition protocols
