Night Janitorial Professional- Crew Lead

General Position Summary

The Janitorial Crew lead oversees the work of crews to maintain our contracts and leaving a healthier environment for our customers’ buildings. Essential duties include:

• Provides leadership and coaching to team members to perform all cleaning duties as required.
• General cleaning duties include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, trash. removal, clean restrooms, clean mirrors and sinks, wash toilets and urinals, sanitize areas, etc.
• Prioritizes projects, assigns tasks to efficiently clean buildings, improve team members’ skills and performance and provides constructive feedback.
• Provides on the job training to individuals with patience and encouragement to improve skills.
• Contributes to positive work environment with a good attitude and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.

Physical Demands and Qualifications

• Up to 80% standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and pass a background check.

The ideal candidate will have one (1) year of floor tech experience and a compassionate spirit. This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $18-$20+, depending on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
