TITLE: Hospitality Account Manager Full Time Overnight
Shift: 3rd shift
DEPARTMENT: Operations Management
REPORTS TO: Area Manager
Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Janitorial Account Manager:
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that client requests are fulfilled
- Resolve all client complaints/concerns in a timely manner
- Provide 10 out of 10 service to our client and business partners
- Must work in a prompt and professional manner
- Hire and train team members
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time each day
- Schedule special project work for team members
- Create weekly schedules
- Must have experience in luxury janitorial services.
- Must understand account budgets to manage daily timekeeping/budge reports
- Train all team members in safety programs
- Train all team members in inspection and quality control procedures
- Make sure all reports are done correctly, neatly, and in a detailed manner
- Follow all CSG safety procedures
- Follow up on any additional work required by the Vice President
- Be available at all times to your staff and clients should any concerns arise
- Be an Account Manager who has excellent leadership qualities and motivates others in an optimistic manner
Skills and qualifications of the Account Manager:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality industry (both front and back of house)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must attend all required supervisor/leadership meetings
- Must have experience with timekeeping/budgeting reports
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with their schedule
- Maintain a driving record that meets the minimum requirements of CSG Risk Management
- Must have knowledge of Cal-OSHA regulations
- Must have knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to pass and complete background check
- Willing to learn and use CSG’s internal applications such as WorkWave, Epay and Winteam
- Bilingual preferred

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery and be able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
