SalaryAlliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a Night Janitor for our Seattle/Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facility users. As a Night Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises. This position is perfect for individuals who have experience working independently or as part of a team. We offer multiple schedules and competitive pay rates.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and polish surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods
- Must be 18 years or older
- All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check
Compensation
Pay ranges from $17.35 to $21.70 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
